Going to see my family...
I'm going to be out of town the next few days to visit my family in Florida. So now is your chance to catch up on the blog! There are over 30 custom-designed albums that are as unique as each wedding day. Check them out here on the blog and in the archives.
Debbie & Bjorn's wedding photos
They had such a great day- it was like a fairytale. I'm working on the pictures right now and theirs will be the next Storybook Album I design. Check back soon to see it. Meanwhile, here is their collage, click to enlarge.
Holiday Inn Hurstbourne has my images on their website!
They made a slideshow and included a lot of my images from Carrie & Craig's December wedding. Click to see the slideshow (choose 'weddings slideshow' on the right side) and then see their whole Storybook Album.
I got a new computer!
Remember how my Mac G5 died in mid-Feb? It was in the shop forever and came home twice only to die again. It was less than two-years old and the best of the best at the time. Well, the people at Apple were phenomenal. They replaced it with the current version which is the Mac Pro. I added on more ram and processor speed-- and let me tell you-- it smokes!!! For you techies: two 3G dual-core Intel processors and 4G ram! This will only help me in designing the Storybook Albums. I will be posting the latest album tomorrow so be sure to check back!!!
Jessica & Ryan's wedding pictures!
I've been working all week on their photos-- they were both so relaxed in front of the camera and there were m-a-n-y images to sort through! Here is their collage- click on it to enlarge.Their Storybook album will be fun to make and I can't wait to show it here. Check back soon to see it.
We have a puppy!
Longtime blog readers know that Steve & I have been searching for just the right puppy for quite a while. Yesterday we went and picked up a Shiba Inu that we've named Mango. He's too quick for pictures so I will have to post more later. (Naturally, I will be taking tons of photos of him!)

Engagement Season is Here!
Bethany & Doug kicked off my engagement season yesterday with a fabulous session downtown. We walked around the Whiskey district of Louisville and got some fun and casual photos. Gals, you just need to tell the guys it's one big makeout session-- because that's what it is. You get to stroll downtown, kiss, lean up against a wall, kiss, sit down on the steps, kiss. It's a great way to celebrate your love together and get some fun shots, too!

Here's what Bethany shared with me in an email:
Hi Liz!! Just wanted to tell you that we really enjoyed the engagement session with you today. It was so cute, we got in the car after the session and Doug said, you know that was pretty fun! I was like, yes I know!! ha ha See, guys like this stuff just as much as we do! :)
I am booking up fast-- please schedule your session today!
