Storybook Album Update
I'm still working a TON of hours (and next week is vacation-- more on that later!) but I'm having a blast creating all these unique albums.
Here's the latest:
June 24- This was the 12-hour day where we had several hours to travel around town taking romantic photos of Bryan & Marie. As you can imagine, there is a boatload of images. I will be sure and post their very special album when I get it finished (It's taken me this long to sort through all the images!)
June 17- Lindsay came by today to pick up her proofs and order the album. I will post photos of it here when it's done.
May 26, May 27, June 3 and June 10 are on order. Click on the dates to see the design- each one is as unique as the day itself!
May 20 The completed Storybook Album should be here any day now. I'll post pictures!!!
I'm really happy that people are getting their albums so soon after their wedding. I know that most people out there have to wait nearly a year or more until their albums are complete!

Monica & Jason's Storybook Album
Monica came by last week to finalize their album. Here is the photo she selected for the cover-- I love it-- very romantic and dramatic. It will look great against the black glove leather she chose for the cover.

The newest Storybook album design
Lori just emailed me about her album. I'm glad she likes it- I have a lot of fun making these. Each one is completely custom and is as unique as the day itself.

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you about the album, but Doug and I absolutley love it! You did a great job capturing the whole day. It's amazing how you were able to capture our style in the album. I can't wait to see the rest of those outside pictures!

Another new Storybook Album!
Here is Doug & Lori's album. You may remember them-- they were the ones that had the mashed potato bar at their reception (yum!). Anyway, their pictures were gorgeous (SO glad the sun came out!) I talked to Lori's mom today and she said Lori is thrilled with her album design. Click here to see it.

The next wedding album design....
I'm working on Doug & Lori's Storybook Album design now. The wedding was at the Kentucky Derby Museum. Here's a sneak peak at their pictures. I'll post their album design when it is all finished.

Lindsay & Mike's Wedding Album!
Here's the design for their album. I'm SO happy with it and so is Lindsay. Here's what she had to say when she saw it:
I just got it!!!! It is absolutely beautiful!!! Everthing I had hoped for. I can't wait to show this to Mike tonight!!!! We will be anxious to order it. Thank you sooooo much again, Lindsay
Here are a couple page layouts from their design. Their album will look just like this, with the photos spread all the way across the page. Each page has a panorama in the background. Lindsay & Mike will get to choose the leather color for the cover and the cover photo.

Booked another wedding today!
The reception will be at the Henry Clay Building, which is being renovated. Another neat place to check out-- I'm like a tourist in my home town!
I'm still hard at work trying to wow all my clients so that I can stop paying for advertising. (I mean, really, isn't word-of-mouth the best advertising there is?) Here's an email I received last week:
Liz,
I've been on your site several times to keep up on all of your latest stuff. Your work just gets better and better with each wedding, and I already thought it was outstanding long before our wedding back in February. Brad and I, as well as everyone involved with our wedding, continue to be in such awe with the phenomenal job you did with our wedding.

Jay & Tiffany's wedding!
What a fun bunch of people-- everyone was so great to work with. One of my favorite moments was about 20 minutes before the ceremony. Jay was in front of the church greeting the guests. Someone asked if he was nervous and he said no. He explained that he is so relaxed because he found the person he is going to be spending the rest of his life with, the person he will be starting a family with, and he is so happy to be beginning this next phase of his life.... That was so sweet--what a great husband he will be! Here's a peak at their pictures-- I will post more from their day later.

Jeff & Michele's Storybook Album arrived!!!
They got married at the end of April and here's their wedding album already!!! How awesome is that? (I hear of some couples who have been married for months and are still waiting to see their proofs. That's not good.) Jeff and Michele received their online proofs AND their album design after only being married a few weeks! Anyway, here's a peak at their album: (Click on image to enlarge.)
Each album is handcrafted and comes with a glove leather cover of your choice of color. The book opens flat, has heavy non bendable pages and features panorama images across every page. See all of Jeff & Michele's album here.

The pictures are GREAT!!! The story book album is amazing. Your design and layout captured the whole day and highlighted each little detail. The only thing I can think of for the album is adding pictures of the grandparents. Other than that, it is perfect! When I was looking through the proofs I was thinking "I want that one, and that one and that one" I love them. Thank you so much. You were so much fun to work with, I really enjoyed it. Your work is fantastic.

Storybook Wedding Album Update
I'm really proud that each of the books I have designed is so unique. I try to capture what makes each wedding day so special and I think the first page sets the tone for the whole album. So, along with the updates, here are the first pages from their books. (Click on the links to see the whole albums.)
Tara & Froman
Received the very first Storybook wedding album ever. She has been showing it around to rave reviews. Here's an email I recently received from her friends:
Thank you so much, Liz, for the beautiful photos of Tara's wedding. We also enjoyed looking at her photo album, it was awesome! --Betsy and Dan
Whitney & Brad
They live out of state and just received their album recently. Here's what she wrote:
Mom and Dad brought the prints and album up over the weekend. We've had nothing but rave reviews from everyone about your work. The album is even more perfect than I expected. I also was so impressed with all of the frames and prints.
Vanessa & Mark
They had the last wedding that did not come with a Storybook Album. I changed all my packages so that now everyone can get an album! Anyway, when I offered them the chance to upgrade to a Storybook, they weren't sure. Now that they've seen all the albums on my blog they want one. They had a great day and I can make a fabulous album for them. So I just gave Vanessa a quote and if I get to make an album for them I will post it here.

Their completed Storybook Album will be shipped next week--- yay!!!

I received the photos back from the printer and they are now on the way to the album company.
