Erin & Tony's Wedding
I first met them at Laura & John's wedding in 2005. And I got to know them and son Kyle for their engagement/ family photo session in the park earlier this year. Their wedding and reception included Irish and Italian themes. The ceremony was at St. Mary's with the reception at Huber's.

Great shoes-- these are a pale pink, to match Erin's dress.

Erin gave Tony a watch and some Irish cuff links. He gave her some pretty earrings.

The dramatic aisle never looked better. Erin's mother of Marguerite's Flower Cottage did all the flower decorating.

At Huber's-- this should be on the cover of a romance novel!

Cake by Sullivan's Bakery (it was Italian cream- yum!)

They stood far apart in case the other tried to smash it!

Pinkie took this shot- I love how Tony is looking at her.

A lovely First Dance...

...right before they were ambushed! This is an Italian tradition where the couple is wrapped up in crepe paper-- it was quite entertaining.

Highlights from Christy & Tristan's wedding!
This was the package I customized for them because they were having their reception at another date. Getting good photos was very important to Christy-- and especially since the ceremony was going to be at the lovely Yew Dell Gardens!

They made it so easy for me-- a gorgeous church, scenic stop along the river, and then the breathtaking Henry Clay! On top of that, they were a fun couple who either smiled or laughed all day!!

Booked another wedding!
I so enjoyed meeting with Dana and her mom yesterday. They are both as sweet as can be. And Blake sounds like such a romantic-- he surprised her by just slipping the ring on her finger while she was sleeping!!! Awwww. They are planning a wedding for June and this Fall we will be doing their engagement photos in the park.

And Dana had this nifty tote bag-- I just had to take a picture of it. She's using it for all her wedding planning stuff. You can get your own here.

Melissa & Josh's finished Storybook Album design!
This is the wedding that starts out with their ENGAGEMENT pictures! They wanted to add a few more of their favorite pictures (which turned out to be a couple pages!) AND wanted to show off more of the awesome Speed Museum where they had their reception.

They chose to upgrade to the very touchable black suede cover. I will be sure to photograph their album when it comes in!

They only got married on June 15th and will have their album by the end of next month--yay!!!

Jennifer & Eddie's Storybook Album arrived!
It...is...so...GORGEOUS. I am very happy with it and I know they will be thrilled to receive it. They just got married in April and how cool is that to have their album already???

There were hardly any changes to the original design-- we redesigned the cake page to include more of their favorite pictures and that was about it. They picked the glove brown leather cover and this photo for the front.

Melissa & Josh's Storybook Album!!!
Here is a new album design--- this one has chapters and is so cool. I really wanted to capture their great chemistry together. Melissa & Josh booked me a year ago and I have so enjoyed getting to know them. They seem to share a special bond--magical-- as I titled their first page....!

And what a fun day it was! We started out at the salon where Melissa treated her girls to pedicures and manicures and then everyone got their hair done. The whole day unfolded perfectly for them.... They had a beautiful ceremony and such a fun reception.

Sonya & Brian's Storybook Album Arrived!!!
Ok, so they've been married barely 3 months and here is their album! Sonya is so excited to show everybody, and I can't blame her. The album is gorgeous- she chose the brown leather for the cover and it looks amazing.

Katie & Dave's 7.7.7 wedding in the park
As promised, here are some images from their wedding in the park on Saturday. I so enjoyed being with these two that we joked that they should get married again this Saturday! I would be happy to photograph them again.... I was really touched with how Dave truly could not take his eyes off Katie. Almost every time I did a group photo, I would actually have to ask him to stop looking at her for a moment so I could take the picture. It was SO cute and so very clear how much they love each other.

It was great to see how much her family likes Dave-- it's like they've adopted him! Thanks again to Katie's parents for making me feel so welcome in their lovely home.

How happy they are!

Katie is so creative (she made the invitation, flowers and other wedding things) that she is going to make her album. But if she wants to, she can always add a Storybook Album later. Either way, they have so many fabulous photos that I know they will be pleased!

Welcome to Natalie and David who are getting married next summer. They are sure to become blog addicts like the rest of my clients!

Katie & Dave's really cool wedding invitation
I've been eager to show you their wedding invitation but wanted to wait until after their big day (to avoid wedding crashers!!). Anyway, they got married yesterday and I soon will be posting pics from their beautiful ceremony in the park....

But first, their invitation. Katie drew it herself and it was a perfect match for their sweet and intimate outdoor wedding. They even wrote their own vows- of course!

Happy Anniversary to Jay & Tiffany!

What a sweet couple and so in love. Happy First Year, you two!!! And I still have not seen again that electric blue that was the color of their day. I actually copied a piece of one of the bridesmaids dresses to make a digital ribbon for the first and last pages of their album. Check it out here.

I received this nice thank you card from Melissa and Josh the other day. They are so sweet and SO much fun to photograph. I am working on their Storybook Album design right now. Check back soon to see it.

Another new Storybook Album design!
I'm just loving all these new albums I get to create. It's fun to try new and different things. These are truly works of the heart and I think it shows. This is Karen & Greg's design. I especially love the page spread that shows them holding hands....! Anyway, they are both sweet people and they make such an amazing couple. I can't wait to give them their completed album. They will have it before their 4 month-- maybe even before their 3 month anniversary-- yay!!!

Alexandra & Micah Storybook Album Update

Another album I can't wait to see-- I don't think there were any changes other than to add a photo and then a 2 page spread. That extra page captures all the emotion and excitement right before Alexandra walks down the aisle.

I'm really proud how each album is completely custom to each day. And here is the picture they chose for the cover, which will be black leather and their names in silver.

Mindy & Rob Storybook Album Update

I added a page for them to include the 'door shot'. This is where they don't see each other before the ceremony but hold hands around an open door. Mindy said that was a memory she will always treasure. I also made a few picture swaps to their original design. And this photo is what they chose for their cover, which will be glove black leather.

They will receive their album in about a month-- and they just got married May 19th!!!
