Louisville wedding reception, Alicia & Darrin
This sweet couple got married in Hawaii last month and booked me to photograph the reception in Louisville.... I know, I know, I offered to fly to Hawaii to shoot their wedding but it just didn't work out. But did you know you can book me for small custom packages if you book less than six weeks out? I do that a couple times a year and it's a win-win deal!
The reception was at the new Gingerwoods Event Hall. I love how Alicia included little Hawaii touches such as sea shells on the tables....
One of the wedding gifts was corn hole, one UK and one UL. They were personalized with their names and wedding date, too.
Naturally, the bride had to try it out! A lot of people played-- what a fun, laid back reception~~
Ok, and these are my new addiction: Hershey's macadamia nut kisses-- sold only in Hawaii. From now on I'm going to have it in my contract that all couples honeymooning there must bring me back an unopened bag! Yummy!

Louisville Wedding, Nicole and Jeff
Nicole and Jeff had a PERFECT wedding day! Everything flowed so smoothly for them AND the wedding party and guests were SO much fun!! See for yourself:

Booked another wedding!
Welcome to Amy and Ted who are planning a September 2010 wedding. I haven't met them yet but look forward to meeting them next month.... I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the album! You truly have such a talent! I am going to go over it with Elliott and see if he wants any changes but I think that is is PERFECT how it is right now!!! I am planning to come back to Louisville maybe one day next week and I would love to pick up my proofs and pick a cover photo. I know that I want to order a few big pictures but I would like to see the printed proofs before I do so. Also, would you mind resending me the attachment for the parents album? Thanks again for everything - you are amazing and I am definitely recommending you to friends :)

I've posted their guest book design, then the finished book, so now here it is signed. This really is a beautiful keepsake for the couple!

New Storybook Album!
Ah, here is Rachel and Anthony's Storybook Album. I received SO many comments about this lovely wedding-- and all the beautiful umbrellas Rachel and the girls had. I'm pleased with how the umbrella page came out! Rachel and Anthony are thrilled with their album and will get it before Christmas--yay!!!
