Becky & Jim's Storybook Album
Another new album! These are 100% personalized and I love how thrilled everyone has been with my designs. I make each one with no initial input from the bride and groom. Really, I let the photos of the day do the talking!
Jim's son Andrew was a major player in their wedding (and their lives) so I felt I had to devote a page just to him. They loved it!!! Clients can always edit the designs, and so the only the only changes I made to this one were adding a couple more family photos and swapping out a few others.

Another Storybook Album!
Here is another album that came in last week, in time for Thanksgiving. This is Anna & Jimmy's album, which captures their gorgeous outdoor wedding.
I love that each album is designed from scratch and is as unique as each wedding day.... (my secret is that I used to work as a graphic designer)
They even have words added to the design! Each album comes with your choice of leather cover, opens flat, and has heavy non bendable pages. See the rest of their album here.

Storybook Wedding albums
I worked a teensy bit harder so I could have a bunch of Storybook Albums to my clients by Thanksgiving. So Kelly & Stephen were married on September 22nd and received their album in time to show their families on Thursday. How quick is that???
I love all the fun in this book! See it all here.
Bethany and Doug also received their album in time for Thanksgiving. Bethany already told me how everybody oohed and ahhed over the album. She must love knowing that her album is completely custom and tailored to her wedding day!

Happy Clients!
These three emails came in yesterday-- I have the BEST clients!!!
From Jeff, who married Jennifer in August:
Liz,
I have been meaning to write you back..........I think you did an outstanding job on our wedding album. We have gotten so many compliments on the album. I think you did a terrific job and I would recommend you to anyone..............Great Job!
Jeff
Yes, they've had their album for a couple weeks already! See it here.
From Laura, who married Alan on November 3rd:
Dear Liz,
We're back! I was so happy to receive your email (I did sneak a peak while we were in Ireland) and I shared the link to your blog with a lot of people and many have commented back how much they love your work.
I cannot wait to see more of the photos.
Thank you again for all of your work and patience. It means a lot to us to have the day captured so beautifully.
Laura
See the photos I posted here and here.
From Michelle, who married Randy on November 10th:
Hi Liz,
We absolutely LOVE the pictures you posted on your blog! They are gorgeous! My family and friends are all raving about them! It is especially nice to see the things you wrote about us on the blog. I feel like you really got to know us and understood all of the meaning we incorporated into the day. I don't think I got a chance to tell you, but the pearls in the picture are very special. My father (who passed away in 1986) bought those pearls for my mother over thirty five years ago and she gave them to me to wear for my wedding!
Can't wait to see the rest of the pics!
Michelle

New Album Design!
Rebecca & Jeremy had a big wedding day planned and so they ordered a big (54 page!) wedding album to capture it all. I actually put an extra two-page spread into the design in case they didn't want one that I created. Well, they loved everything- including the extra pages. As you know, I design these without any initial input from the bride and groom, so it's always so nice to get this great feedback time after time.
So much to show you. Be sure to see it all here. And the words on page 13 are from the inscriptions inside their rings!
Here is their reaction to seeing their album for the first time:
Dear Liz,
I just wanted to tell you that our Storeybook Album is FABULOUS! I am speechless because it is so amazing. I think you did an absolutely wonderful job and I just want to thank you.

Heather & Dathan's Storybook Album is here!
In time for Thanksgiving, too!!! They just got married on August 25th, so how quick is that?!!! They ordered the photo on the front in a 16x20 and it is gorgeous. I sell a lot of 16x20s and 20x24s-- and I do framing, too. Heather and Dathan will be able to hang their print in their new house, how nice.
Here are some of the pages, note that I always find a place to put the invitation in the design:

Booked another wedding!
It's a busy time of year, so Megan and her mom decided to just send in the retainer and then meet with me in January to talk about the details. I don't blame them because as you can see by my availability I don't have that many 2008 openings left. So welcome to Megan & Ryan, who are getting married next September and I look forward to hearing more about their Big Day. I also think they are going to do an engagement session so I'll be sure to post some pics of that as well!

Michelle & Randy are Mr & Mrs!
There are so many pictures from their day I want to show you! As I looked through them all, it is so obvious how very happy they are. I'm very lucky to have a job where I see people experiencing one of the happiest days of their lives. Randy has a beautiful daughter Lizzie (fullname: Elisabetta, how pretty!) and it is quite clear that the three of them are very close. During Randy's toast to his wife (right before he serenaded her) he told everyone how amazing Michelle is. He said that she was the one who suggested they move to Kentucky to be close to his daughter. They are both great people and seem like such a great match. Here is a peek at their day:
Detail shot taken by awesome assistant Dani. Those are the pearls Michelle wore...
Michelle with Lizzie, who did not want her dad to see her before the ceremony either!
Married!
The Brown has so many picture-perfect places....
A sweet moment with Michelle and her new step daughter.
First Dance
Everybody dancing!
Before he serenaded her, Randy gave Michelle a book called Married for Life.
The serenade (can't you just tell what a romantic day this is?). Randy sang "You are so Beautiful" by Joe Cocker.
Re-enacting the proposal. He proposed on their one year anniversary, and their wedding day was on their five year anniversary.
Congratulations you two-- can't wait for you to see all your pictures!

Karen & Spencer's Storybook Album is HERE
In plenty of time for Thanksgiving, too, yay! And they haven't even been married three months so how quick is that? I try to get everything to my clients as quick as possible, because I really want to wow them. Do you know that my referral rate is now 80%? Thanks to my awesome clients for telling everyone about me!!!
Karen and Spencer had a fabulous wedding day- a great start to a wonderful life together. I've talked to her several times since the wedding and it sounds like they are having such a great time together. They just got back from a weekend in Gatlinburg with a bunch of other couples-- sounded like so much fun!!!

A real day brightener
Here is what Dana had to say when she saw her engagement pictures:
Hey Liz!

I just have no idea how I'm going to pick my favorites. :) Liz, thank you so much!!! Even Blake, who is not always into pictures...LOVES THESE! I feel so lucky to have booked you and I can't wait for the big day. Talk to you soon!

New Storybook Album Design!
As you know each album is as unique as the day itself. I design each one from scratch and don't use templates or anything like that. It is so much fun to make these and I love how they truly tell a story of the day.
Here is Holly & Dustin's very romantic design. Their personal story is full of romance (and destiny!) and so I think the album reflects that:
The final album is library bound with a leather cover, heavy non bendable pages that open flat, and will last for generations. See the whole design here.
